By accessing or using Flock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Flock is a group travel planning platform that enables users to collaboratively plan trips with friends. The App allows users to propose destinations, vote on dates, coordinate activities, and organize travel logistics together. Flock is a planning tool and does not directly provide travel services, bookings, or accommodations.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to use Flock.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including trip plans, messages, photos, and comments. By submitting content, you grant Flock a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with providing the service. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to share it.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Flock and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as booking platforms, maps, or social media. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any travel plans, decisions, or outcomes resulting from use of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
